We officially started cycling today. He told me to inflate for about 5 minutes, then deflate, and repeat as much as I can tolerate. No strict time limit just listen to my body.He also said sex would be okay in about two weeks from now, which made me think a bit, since that’s only two weeks after starting cycling. But I’ll trust the process and take it step by step.
I did forget to ask him a couple of things, though:
• When is it safe to start taking baths (not showers)?
• When can I safely return to the gym?
Also, has anyone experienced their pump not going beyond about 13–15 pumps early on? I’m not forcing it, just curious if this is normal at this stage.
If anyone has experience or guidance on any of the above, I’d really appreciate the input.
Thanks, brothers this forum continues to be a huge help.

Have you always had this curve in your penis? It looks strange.

I thought I would have problems getting back on a regular bike saddle with the third brother down there.

I did try a no nose saddle but it was awful, because your sit bones have to stay on the top of the saddle rather than hugging the saddle on each side. I would constantly have to adjust to stay on top of the saddle.

I put my old saddle back on after everything stretched back out after healing up and I didn’t have any problems. My doc gave me the go ahead to do easy miles after 4 weeks.

As far as the pump goes, it finds its place down there and doesn’t hurt at all when I’m riding at any distance.

After a ride, when I get home to take a shower sometimes the pump has pushed up to the top of my scrotum in the front, I just grab it and pull it back into position. No problems at all.

My bike saddles do have a slit in them to relieve pressure on my perineum.

I have a Specialized Power Saddle on my older Specialized SWorks Tarmac and on my newer Specialzed Tarmac, I have a ISM PL1.0 40.

They are both great saddles and are comfortable for long distance riding.

Good luck getting back to the gym and maybe some bike riding.

I don’t have much to say, but 73 days after surgery my sex life is getting better and better.
My dick is hard whenever I want and wherever I want. Yes, it’s a bit shorter and I’ve lost a little girth, but overall everything is good and I’m hopeful I’ll regain it back with time.Either way, things are going well.
If you’re reading this and thinking about getting the surgery because of ED don’t overthink it. Just do it. I wish I had done it sooner.
And if you already had the surgery and you’re worried about size loss even if we lose a little, we’ve gained a weapon down there.
