Has anyone done HA filler in the glands?
I have another post detailing an off track cylinder tip that has cocked the head to the left. I’m thinking about having the head shifted over and beefed up with filler to cushion the tip.

Hey! Let us know how the filler goes. I’m thinking of the same for floppy glans. I can’t find anyone to do it! Also my dock is talking about some kind of surgery to keep the tips together.

Has Hakky recommended this?
It doesn't seem like a permanent solution to me, If the tip is off track, shouldn't it be repositioned?

He said I would likely need to have it repositioned. But this has a chance of working. When I straighten the head the cylinders seem about even. The right is just a little longer and angled to the bottom. There is not a lot of room for error. That’s why I want to enlarge the head.
The repositioning is basically the same as a replacement from my perspective. Same recovery. Same amount of time lost. I have 20 years of life left and only a few where I can be very athletic. I’m just trying to take advantage of the time I have. And another complex surgery is an increased risk for more complications.
