rigikon malleable implant question

Postby agameli » Thu Mar 19, 2026 3:08 pm

Hi everyone,

I’m 6 months post-op with a rigikon Malleable implant. I have no pain, but I’ve noticed a positioning issue:

The Issue: My left cylinder is in the normal (top) position, but the right one sits significantly lower (bottom-right).

The Observation: When I manually lift my penis, they align perfectly. When I let go, the right one "drops" back down.

My main concern: Will this asymmetry cause any problems during intercourse? I’m worried about stability, potential "buckling" (folding), or if it might lead to erosion over time since it's not centered.

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of shifting/asymmetry? Does it affect performance?

Thanks!

Hey agamelli. Hard for me to follow but if I’m understanding correctly, does this result in rotation or torsion of the penis a bit? Say 20-30 degrees or so, left or right?

As a side sleeper, I’ve noticed I wake up with some slight rotation due to similar issue. Nothing major, but a gentle rotation I can correct just by readjusting the penis.

I would send a message and photos to your surgeon, just to be safe.

I have some asymmetry, it leans a bit to the left. The rods can be molded straight (I have Genesis). I've never experienced buckling (...so far). With good lubricants, I'm not concerned about erosion, as the tissue pressure points are reduced.

Yes, my penis also rotates slightly. What I find strange is that my prosthesis has curves on the right cylinder; it starts straight at the base of the penis and has curves near the tip. I apologize for my poor English; I'm using translation.

Actually, there's no bending during masturbation; it's just that the curvature in the cylinder seems strange to me.
