Hi guys
When I pump my titan coloplast, initially the bulb feels very hard. I can keep pumping until like 70-80%. After that, if I do a long press, I can feel the pump go almost flat but then it refills when I let go for the next pump.
I wasn't sure if you should ever feel the pump flattening during long presses.
Has anyone else experienced this?
How flat does your pump go while pumping?

I have a different type of implant, the AMS 700 LGX, but it starts out as a fairly soft ball that I can squeeze completely flat, but after a few squeezes it becomes increasingly difficult until I can only squeeze 1/4 and my penis is really completely hard.
Male - Born in 1971 - implant since feb 2 2026 - married - ED since the 90s
Implant is the AMS 700 LGX. Very happy with that.

I could pump mine til the pump got so hard that I couldn’t pump any more…. Then gradually about one year in it suddenly wouldn’t fill back up…stayed flat….but, my dick was as hard as a rock. At this point I was simply out of fluid. It maintained this for a total of almost 4 years. I just had a revision and my Dr said that wouldn’t happen with this one as he would add a little xtra fluid above recommended amount.

Mine used to go hard when I max to the point of not being able to pump further. A year later, it started to go flat after fewer pumps (but being able to get it hard..not as it used to be) my Dr. Told me that I will need a revision when I dont get hard enough. Its been another year and I am still getting my bump flat!

Yes, its still working and getting hard enough to enjoy sex. I did not feel that situation is worse since i experienced the flat pump even though its not as hard as it used to be.

This is what i am experiencing and on year 2. Dr told me to consider revision if it get worse or not hard enough to be able to enjoy sex.
Question: did you experience any size loss/gain after revision? I lost size during the year of flat pump and worried revision would make it worse!

I’m 3 weeks out from my revision and so far so good. I can’t cycle yet but it actually measures about a 1/4 short from what I was when fully pumped up and I’m only about 50% pumped. If I’m down any I’ll be surprised I did get a 24cm XL Titan with 1cm trimmed off rear tips. So I’m up 2cm from my first implant. This is normal and the xtra usually goes down in the crux and mine goes a little further into the glans than before so again I think I’ll be right back wheee I was.
Initially on my first implant I was almost an inch short but over the first 6-8 months I gained it all back and a little xtra girth than before implant so I’m sure I’ll be back to full length very soon after I start cycling.

My theory is when you notice them further into the glans that is potentially a signal of future gains. The whole CS is just a balloon that floats around the structural CCs. So if anything makes the CC increase it stands to reason the CS will adapt to match. VED use probably helps.
