I know its a silly question and i am overthinking a lot but since the day is coming closer i just wanted to ask
If your best erection was 10
How much would u rate it now??

I’d think about this a little differently. I’d say 1 = complete lack of erection, and 10 = insane, absolutely rock solid monster.

My ABSOLUTE best natural erections = a 5 or maybe a 6… but they were very difficult to maintain due to venous leak. So they’d slip to a 4 quickly!

My Rigi10 supported “erections” = a 6 or 7 - but with a huge huge advantage… it’s ALWAYS a consistent 6 or 7 in hardness. I don’t have to worry about maintaining it, and can just relax and enjoy.

Exactly. 7 is when I start, after 5 minutes of action, it gets close to 10 with residual blood flow. I continue to take daily 5mg Tadalafil. It's a team work - blood flow + rods.

I know you mentioned your friend is worried about cowgirl position - I haven’t had sex yet but I can understand his apprehension - my implant is slightly wobbly at the base and so for initial penetration, holding the base helps. But there’s a difference between the “wobble” vs “rigidity”. The rigidity is constant and very very solid.

I have been thinking of getting some kind of cock ring to put on to hold the base in place as when I do that with my hand the wobble goes away. I have never used a cock ring before so I need to figure out the right type to use, and it gives an excuse to tell the lady why you are still hard after a long session. Anybody out there have experience with cock rings and can advise, it would need to go under the scrotum so it holds the implant steady around the perineum.

Hey Scott! There’s a thread by a user here who used a cock ring with his Rigi10 and said he got great engorgement from it actually. He just used a simple silicon ring.

I’ve also considered this as an option too! The thing to keep in mind with the cock rings is not to use them for too long.

Dr Hakky actually recommends this one to patients, since it’s adjustable and simple to use. It’s not cheap though:
