WEEK 8 (and week 7) - UPDATE:I’ve been SLACKING on an update, things have been nuts in my career lately and I’m working towards a promotion hopefully in two months, so I’ve barely had a moment to pause!
My overall updates since Week 6 have been very positive!
Pain: I only get pain now from underwear pressing on parts of my penis. It typically only results in distal pain on the right side where my penis is most sensitive and where the fabric contacts the most. I recently tried bringing back the baby sock over my penis (haven’t done this in a long time). I don’t know why I hadn’t brought this back into the fold sooner!! It helped a LOT with friction pain. So all in all, I continue healing here and it’s getting easier and easier to wear pants for extended periods.
Scar: my scar is healing. One side was lagging behind the other for awhile, but this week I noticed significant progress there.
Concealment: I have started to become a MASTER of concealment with the MPP

here’s exactly what works for me:
-
Underwear: compression boxer briefs.
-
Position: I tuck my penis down the left side of the briefs and my trousers.
-
Pants: I opt for dark color pants exclusively right now. Straight fit with a little more room in thoughts. Go with mid to high rise. Slightly lower fork. Pleats help with even more comfort and concealment, but I’ve found them to be optional, actually. I have multiple pairs of the same pant right now that meet all these criteria and rotate through them. With this setup, it’s pretty much 90% concealed.
-
Wallet: this was the OBVIOUS part, and I’m ashamed to say it took me
way longer than I care to admit to realize it. I moved my wallet to my left pocket where I now tuck my penis. The bulge already is minimized well by the pant selection, but the wallet bulge takes things out over the line and makes the MPP pretty much completely concealed for me.
I’m so confident right now in my setup, that I typically wear tucked shirts and have no worries about needing to cover the area with untucked or longer clothing items.
Masturbation: so things have improved GREATLY from my previous update in this area. Normal masturbation has been amazing. My orgasms are stronger than before, in part because I can just enjoy masturbation without worrying about maintaining my erection. Also - I don’t know how else to explain it, but something about the rods supporting my penis feels like it strengthens my ejaculation itself. This might be pseudoscience but I swear something is going on

the velocity of my sperm is unlike anything I’ve experienced prior to the implant. Seriously.
My first experience masturbating with the implant was with a sex toy (you can read the details in my earlier Week 6 update). I did experience some buckling with it, but a huge part of this was related to these factors:
#1 the toy was pretty much NEW. And after some very basic googling, I came to learn that this is a big deal. Because not only is the toy tighter than most REAL vaginas, but new toys are also INCREDIBLY tight, naturally. The fact I was going into it as my first experience was pretty silly in retrospect

and I WAS able to penetrate, but did experience a bit of buckle when doing so. However…
#2 … the buckling was managed when I would just stabilize the base. That simple really. When I’d stabilize the base, I could penetrate fine.
I have used the toy a couple times since, and with the above knowledge have enjoyed the whole experience much more.
Confidence: so this has been an interesting one. I live a pretty good, balanced life overall even prior to getting the implant. Confidence is not something I lack overall in my life - but ever since I started healing and getting back to my social life, I’ve found my confidence exploding in ways I didn’t even realize. I feel like I’m ready for ANYTHING right now, and this has brought me INCREDIBLE amounts of joy. Just today, I was at a coffee shop and started flirting with the woman who got in line behind me. Dude, that’s not typically the kind of thing I do. But there I was, doing it happily with a big dumb smile on my face. We chatted while waiting for our coffees and then I noticed she had a ring on and so I wrapped things up naturally and ended with a friendly “cheers” and went on my way. But I was so happy about my mentality and the whole situation, and I really do have to credit the implant for this “anything is possible” mentality that has come over me.
Sex: I haven't had sex yet, and believe it or not, I’m not trying to rush into things here (even though it’s tempting). I haven’t dated in awhile, and never was a big fan of the apps, but might dip a toe again coming up here in April once things settle down a bit at work. When I DO have sex, I’ll make sure to leave a detailed report, as I know there are a few folks curious about how the 11mm Rigi10 holds up.
So… yeah guys. Pretty safe to say right now that I’m very happy with my progress. The choice to get the implant has started to pay positive dividends in my life - and I haven’t even used it for its intended purpose

will hit everyone with an update in a week. - Johnny
