4 months later it seems I will have to go through the same inconvenience again. The right cylinder tip veered off course during surgery. It has pushed the head and cocked it to the left. It is very noticeable, the skin is very thin (1mm).
Two procedures are recommended to fix this. Cocking the head back to the right with sutures, which is likely not to work. Or a repositioning of the cylinder tip and graft. This would be done through a circumcision incision. (I am already circumcised). I am told there is no rush to do either.
The latter procedure is described as less invasive than original surgery. To me it is the same or worse.
Days off work, 4 weeks of recovery with no working out, no sex. And now no cycling during that time and a new scar.
Here are my concerns listed in order of importance.
1. New Frankenstein scar for 1 year
2. No working out
3. No cycling (a set back)
4. More money to reach my deductible

Re: Revision needed after 4 months, cylinder tip off track
Had the right rod on a Rigicon implant shift and try to come through the skin due to being undersized ..so a year after the 1st implant6-2023 that to have it removed and replaced with a longer implant ..6-2024 another year of healing just down getting some feeling back enough that I can climax although only by self pleasure.
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell
