Me 44m had 20cm coloplast titan due to ed and peyronnes. Everything is perfect. No pain. Slight discomfort. Healing great and swelling is all gone.
Dr and nurse (honig-yale) state to have penis face up to belly button but I am slightly curving left (if looking down, not 100% straight) if I manually adjust to straight i feel the implant pushing on the sides of shaft. I am using jock from surgery for testicle scrotal support and tight boxer briefs including separtac.
My question is this all.normal and let it rest normal (left against abdoman) or fully manually adjust? Post op visit is 1.5 weeks out but communication with nurse has not been great. Thanks in advance

Immediately post op I was ~30% erect for 6 weeks. I also had mine pointing up and flattened against my abdomen as far as possible. I used either tight fitting but stretchy boxer briefs or bikini briefs. Not Seperatec, just the ones I already owned. I put it in the position that felt the most comfortable. So, personally I would just let it go where it wants, for comfort reasons. I doubt that straightening it will have any impact on the curve (if that is a concern). I'm on a long term plan with my surgeon to reduce my curve via physio exercises (effectively just bending the opposite way). Otherwise I just let it do its own thing.

Re: 8 days post op. Positioning question
Welcome to the Bionic Brotherhood!
I am 8 weeks post-op on Thursday. I wasn't required to position my penis in any particular position post-op other than keep the bandages on for a couple of days. I have read some posts describing the up position being required by their doctor. It may make a difference with the incision position. I had the Infrapubic incision, but I'm not sure that has anything to do with positioning though.
As to curvature, I curved to the left, both flaccid & erect before implants. After implants, when I'm flaccid I curve to the left, but when inflated and erect, I'm straight as an arrow. I'm guessing with no pressure in the cylinders, my penis just reverts towards its previous natural curve toward the left. Maybe that is what is happening with you. I too can feel the cylinders bumped up against the glans.
At your stage, relax and let the healing continue to proceed. As I have already learned, this is a marathon, not a sprint.
All the best to you as you progress.
