Guys i know i have asked this a few times
But now i am scheduled to get implanted
In the furst week of May. 3 peice is not an option please dont ask why

I just wanted to know how hard and comfortable the implant is after a few years.As i know when u get implanted it feels very hard for first 3 months
but i want to know the longer picture

How is the hardness of the Malleable Implant after 1,2,3,4 years if u compare it to when u had natural hard erections

Its seems to be a silly question but i am just 27 and have a long life ahead

I've had more than a year's experience with Genesis.
It's not rock hard to win competitions. It gives me a penetrating penis.

I don't know what a natural erection means. I've never had one in my life to compare.

The base got a bit wobbly after a year of atrophy or capsule maturity or whatever the fancy term is.

Axial rigidity is decent enough to enter a lubricated vagina for missionary sex. I don't see a problem with gymnastic sex positions, with the realistic expectation that it might feel like a bendy pipe if residual erection is very poor.

It's super comfortable without underwear and in loose fitting clothes with a long shirt.

I have had Rigicon for almost 3 years .. who knows how long it will last ..everyone's body ..dr.. use is different so you can't judge your experience by others. Your 27 I'm 72 who do you think on average is going to get laid more you or me? .. all sorts of factors ..get what you can get enjoy it responsibly as long as you can and the best of luck to you in the future.

I haven’t tried them all, only Butterfly and Missionary. I think no position is impossible with the right motivation, realistic expectation, the right lube (trust me on this one ), and the right partner.

It can potentially last your entire lifetime, if you don't bend too many times.

Again, natural erections have been completely absent all my life.

My malleable provides a weaker erection than my best of the best throbbing and warm pharmacological erection I could achieve with pills.

After many years, the metal core of my rods can fatigue or fracture, and the base can become progressively wobbly by pressure atrophy. Because my rod has a static 13mm, non-expanding diameter, progressive corporal atrophy can cause my penis to become thinner over time.
