Seriously, Colovin—what’s the point of being so negative and mean to people in this forum?

As you know, most of us here are either already implanted or looking for genuine advice and support while going through the difficult journey of dealing with ED. Almost all of your comments seem to mock people about their age, their condition, or their situation.

With everything going on in the world these days, the last thing we need is someone bringing toxicity and undermining the supportive atmosphere that people in this forum are trying to maintain.

Hey thanks for the shoutout (below) ! I see you're still brimming with piss & vinegar. So its been about a year, and you're a year older and wiser (or maybe not?)

What do you believe your posts accomplish in this forum ? What is your purpose ? (no one else sees it) You relay information that almost everyone already has, as though you're a Prophet with news that everyone desperately needs. And in return, no one values what you have to say, the ridiculous way you say it, and based on the comments above just wish you'd leave.

So, how have you been otherwise ? Please answer back soon -- I'm sure you'll be getting kicked off -- yet again.

Believe me, I tried to respectfully present MAUDE data, testimonies, studies (showing conflicts of interest and false study methods), transactions, and common sense above all... only to deliver one message: that IPP reliability sucks (as it shouts here on the forum) and that ass-kissing and being passive about IPP reliability is not a good incentive for companies to improve it.
​And at the end, I was labeled as a troll. Okay. So, I realized that the majority of the implant community is a cult that is reiterating a narrative that is destructive to our future. Since I’m 27 years old with venous leak and refractory ED, I’m opting for an implant... and I can’t stand the fact that I'll have a time bomb in my pants. Implanting is not an option; it’s a necessity. You can’t tell your cardiologist, "No, I won’t have a stent or a valve." It’s the same thing. I’m not undermining the need or gloating over the misfortunate, as I’m one myself.
​What the death cult here doesn't understand is that some men can’t accept multiple revisions so early in life. So when they found out that I’m criticizing the industry and I don’t ass-kiss as they do, I don’t just find them obnoxious—no, I find them criminals with blood on their hands. I personally know two who have committed suicide—not because of refractory ED, but because they couldn't accept the current poor reliability of IPPs. Some men can’t live in daily fear: "Will the pump go kaput today or not?"
​Kudos to the 80-year-old great-grandad who had a fulfilled life and is now happy with an IPP, but he has no right to defame someone pointing out corruption and falsified statistics. I had 400+ posts exposing the industry, but apparently, those who like to live in blissful ignorance didn’t like it. That’s it. And honestly, I’m not playing the Messiah; it’s for selfish reasons. I want to survive, and I won’t let a bunch of carcasses kill every possibility for companies to produce reliable prostheses.
