Re: New Journal and Ramblings
Hi, I've also had a Rigicon Infla 10x since February. Yesterday, I had it activated by my doctor, Professor Osmonov. I asked him if I needed to be careful with the device, and he replied that this wasn't necessary. The devices are designed so that they can't normally be damaged by human force. Rigicon has only had a few revisions recently, mostly due to infection. Professor Osmonov works closely with Rigicon. Based on his expertise, Rigicon has improved the devices several times. He was the first surgeon to use Rigicon in Europe. Please contact him. It would be important to know why it broke. He said that if care isn't taken during suturing, a micro-hole can accidentally be made in the implant, leading to fluid loss. That would explain your need for pumping.
58 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004,

A microhole and leaked abruptly after 7 months?
Either you are severely mentally retarded or a mentally retarded sales rep... Either way, you are stupid as fuck.
You would accept any explanation except that Rigicon is a con company bribing every implanter they get to—and above all, Steven Wilson, whom fellow con artists, including Osmonov, call 'The Godfather' for a reason.
They got a green pass for licensing, marketing, and approvals because Steven Wilson, the head of the gang, decided to. I talked personally with a super-duper, awesome, fantastic high-volume implanter who told me explicitly, 'Infla10 is trash, but I implant it so Steven Wilson won't get upset.' Of course, he was trying to sell other brands which are a little bit better but still awfully shitty, especially in terms of reliability.
You are one of the very few on this funny site who recites the Rigicon marketing brochure by heart... you stupid fuck. Is it that you are stupid, or are you having an affair with Osmonov?
P.S. Surgical competency has nothing to do with honesty and ripping the life out of you and your family. There were excellent Nazi surgeons; would you trust them? I'm making an axiomatic statement since you are retarded as fuck and I don't trust you to know the difference on your own.
For those still having intact brains, that's a givernmental link that tracks "consultation fees" paid by companies to a surgeon .
Steven wilson only got 230 k from rigicon just since 2024 (that's only what is recorded) which is surprising that the perito who is not a godfather made 4 mil since 2018 (that's only what is recorded)

Re: New Journal and Ramblings
Chris1967, FWIW, I asked my Dr a similar question, and he answered with a music metaphor. He asked if sex (for me) was more like "acid rock" or "smooth jazz". He went on to say that one was harder on the equipment than the other, and on average that could affect lifespan.
His answer resonated with me. Having worked on cars, motorcycles, boats, boat lifts, and other things with parts that rub against each other repetitively, and with varying degrees of force -- I've seen lots of evidence that repetitive friction causes wear. Maybe not enough to wear thru, but enough that pressure from within, or other forces, can make them susceptible to earlier failure.
And with implants, its not just the device itself. There's also adjacent human tissue to consider. In other words, maybe the implant can take the extreme use, but maybe the human tissue supporting the implant wasn't designed for that extreme use ? Think about erosion and other issues guys have posted.
For the reasons above I'm not in the camp that says to throw all the extreme use at it you want and just assume everything will be ok. I have a sports car and sometimes enjoy running it hard. But I don't do that constantly for obvious reasons.
