Cleared for sex today. Have whirlwind of thoughts, concerns, and excitement after first masturbation post-surgery.

The final frontier. Deciding when, if and how.

Johnny, this is a huge milestone! I'm happy for you. I think the note about the toy being considerably tighter than a human is the right thing to keep in mind. Given the rigidity of the Rigi10 compared to the Genesis, I'd be very surprised if this issue continued under actual circumstances. I don't think I've ever used a toy like the one you described with my implant, but it wouldn't surprise me if I had something of the same experience. I wonder if something a bit looser might be better?

Don't lose heart. Keep it slow and steady. You're still really in the early days, in the grand scheme! This is brand new for the part of your body that doesn't think—which is most of it!

I can’t give you any of the advice you are looking for, as I know nothing about MPPs. But I suspect like us guys with IPPs it’s mostly a matter of time and adjustment to get everything to work the right way.

The best is yet to come!

Be well,
Leto

Appreciate the comment Leto! A week and a half later now, and it’s already improving for me.

I understand your frustration with the buckling, but try to relax and give it time. Remember that as you mentioned, the toy you used is much tighter than a human. It’s likely you’ll have no issue when you have a partner involved. And even with self play, the only issues sounds like initial penetration. Once that moment is past you’re off to the races and it sounds like things worked as designed.

Having soreness and hot spots is normal — I’m past four months, and if I inflate close to max and have sex for a long time, once deflated my glans and just behind it are quite sore for 10-20 minutes. Give it time and as you heal that should improve.

Also remember the upsides that caused you to choose an MPP…always ready, no pumping required, no mechanical failures causing revision surgeries. You’re still learning to live with this device. Give it time and if you are dissatisfied in a year or two, the IPP option is always open to you down the road.

Thank you Elbow - yes, I needed to take a couple steps back. This week has been MUCH better, and the tightness of the toy was definitely a reason why there was slight buckling. Haven’t had sex yet but masturbation with and without the toy has greatly improved and is better than masturbation before on account of the rigidity of the erection / not needing to worry at all about maintaining it!

Six long weeks without an orgasm can make a guy very horny. Once I got past the ouch part a slow steady pumping action got me off. I squirted like a teenager.
Hope you get the MPP figured out!

Thanks Old Guy, this has been my experience this past week and a half as well. The quality of masturbation has been so much better than pre-implant, and I wasn’t expecting this benefit actually!

Thisworld wrote:Johnny do you still have some engorgement? Maybe cialis cuold help with the buckling part?

The hinge primarily.

Kodixx wrote:JohnnyBorg, congrats on the milestone, especially good sensation post surgery. Keep in mind that even guys with natural erections sometimes have to stabilize things when starting PIV. IPP or MPP, I think there's a period of learning and adjusting to a 'new normal'. Best wishes !

I 100% agree. I think a large part of this is related to the toy itself, and even with it just stabilizing the base with my hand solves the issue.

Yeah, I’m trying to keep things in perspective and how much improvement I’ve already had with all this. I’m about to start dating casually again for the first time in awhile, and I’m finding a level of confidence present that I didn’t even know existed.

I could've warned you that what Hakky was suggesting—"deliberate rod diameter downsizing for better bendability"—is purely malpractice that inevitably results in excessive buckling. But of course, you would've ass licked him like any devout cult carcass... and get cheered back by a cult of old farts or politically correct fellas like you who will definitely vanish the moment your hospital bill doubles, triples, and quadruples... not to mention infections and erosions from revisions (God forbid).

Strangely, you chose to defame me as a troll. I'm the only one, along with very few others, who decided to change the false, deluded narrative posed by beneficiaries because I know what it feels like to have refractory ED at a very young age. It is completely a different game. If an old fart becomes severely depressed because he can't penetrate his 78 year old dry granny pussy after they had already lived their lives to the fullest, a young guy would be living hell on earth.

I've been watching your farty optimistic updates and laughing so hard because I knew where it was going to end. It is strange how a couple of sales reps started the campaign and you followed against those who don't settle for a business that takes advantage of our illness and, at least, seek real informed consent.

How do you like the brotherhood so far, huh? Will they pay for your revision now? Do they really care about what you are and will be going through?

And yeah a real body/pussy will definitely buckle unless you are fucking a granny with lots of silicone lube.

At the very least, have the decency to admit that your failure was caused by Hakky deliberately downsizing the rod diameter, which is a fundamental no no in Prosthetic Urology 101...atleast by the standards of head of the mafia Steven Wilson's book, "Manual of Penile Prosthesis Surgery". Don't let your experience scare reasonable guys away from MPPs when the real issue was malpractice. I bet at your next appointment, Hakky will gaslight you and suggest an ipp...that's the algorithm for these mofos.

They fucked you over, Johnny. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, but you, and the rest of the rabid carcasses heading for revisions, earned this. I just hope you all have the balls to admit industry driven fuck ups, either poor ipp reliability or malpractice, here online and "don't bury the lead," as Rodsmen would say after his one-year IPP failure.

Be well,
Tooyoung

My surgeon uses Rigicon implants a lot. They come with a lifetime warranty, which includes infection and erosion on top of mechanical failures.

JohnnyBorg, you can get free lifetime replacements. I'm debating between Titan and Rigicon myself.

I came here to say this:
TooYoung, can you please stop this negativity?
T1 Diabetes. Progressive ED after a motorcycle accident. Rezūm therapy for enlarged prostate. On Trimix. Scheduled for Rigicon Infla10 Pulse DIPP via Phantom technique. Grateful to bionic brothers.
