What happens with permanent removal

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any concrete evidence on what happens if you have an implant permanently removed?

I'm not concerned about shrinkage or never being able to get another implant installed inthe future, but rather things like in ability to urinate or some weird functional problem that I can't think of.

I've seen what appears to be a lot of speculation on the topic within threads that were addressing other main topics, but nothing that seemed like hard evidence.

I'm sure there are guys who got the thing removed permanently due 1 reason or another (infection, discomfort, ect), but I'm not sure there is any real reason for them to visit the forum any longer.

What I'm considering is, after I hit an age where I'm not sexually active anymore, I'd like to have the implant removed just so I can live without a foreign object in my body and enjoy activities and a range of motion that is currently restricted.

If the only "bad" thing is shrinkage, then that doesnt seem bad at all.

To me, implants are the best thing since sliced bread. I'm not sure I'd even consider removing them.

There is no such thing unless you are an idiot and never attempt to restore yourself with a new implant.

Once you get one, you will need one... at least with the state of current medicine. If you remove it and never do anything further you are impotent for life so that's on you.

Reports from guys who have removed permanently are very rare. There's a guy on reddit who had his removed for several months (maybe permanently?) and seemed to be ok, other than no erections obviously. He is the commenter named Regular-Bat-4449 on this thread. Looks like he still posts around reddit as recently as today so maybe you could message him.

He got a titan 2 years ago after two failed attempts. First AMS failure, second infection and third one he visit Clavell and got a Titan

He's been on the forum longer than you, and his experience has been shared here, even with pictures. He is not TooYoung

But I wonder, Cnidium, if you don't mind using it anymore, why not leave it unexplanted when it fails? Or how would the implant affect your daily life even if it didn't work?

Of course such a thing exists, you can ask surgeons, they offer it, and of course you will be impotent he is assuming that, he said and I quote: "considering it, after I hit an age where I'm not sexually active anymore" Another thing is that few people do it, I don't have that data

I can answer as I had a failed Titan and lived with it for almost 3 months waiting on the next surgery. Other than mental for me, you can still urinate, you can still masturbate though it will be like pulling a slinky, it will work other than getting an erection. Have you spoken with a doctor about the removal, they may not remove the reservoir. When I am finished with my earthly life and the Lord calls me home, when they pull out my ashes there will be plenty of parts to discard. And I guess the ones that see it will say I guess he lived life..
