Good afternoon, brothers. It's been 5 weeks since my Coloplast Titan One Touch penile implant surgery. I started inflating and deflating the implant on March 1st (the third week since the surgery, 11 days ago; I practice twice a day). Inflating the implant works correctly, and I have a good erection. Deflating the implant was more complicated to learn, although I think I've got it working properly now. However, my penis still looks very large, and especially very rigid. It doesn't hang naturally like a flaccid penis; instead, it stays raised, which makes it extremely uncomfortable to adjust my penis to my pants or go about my daily life. Is the problem that I haven't fully deflated the implant? Is this rigidity what I'll always have? If everything is working correctly, how long does it take for a penis with a Titan implant to hang naturally like a flaccid penis?
Thank you very much, a big hug

It's going to take a few weeks/months for your Titan to relax a bit. For a while wearing clothes is going to take some adjusting. The glans are more than likely tender and sensitive. I wore a kid's sock, the elastic part cut off, like a condom the first couple of months when getting dressed. I also resorted to smearing a dab of Aspercream on my shaft to ease the soreness.
