Both will make you a shower. The cylinders don’t contract like natural tissue, so the length changes much less. This means the flaccid length is similar to erect length.

The Titan flaccid state is a little bit of a controversial topic. If really, fully deflated, it’s a little lumpy and rubbery feeling. But adding one or two pumps to add a little fluid makes it look very natural and full when flaccid. I don’t think it matters, I got an implant to have a nice erect dick, not a great flaccid one.

The dog ears in the Titan bother some, but have never been an issue for me. I have been told that in the next revision Coloplast intends to add a second layer to the cylinders to help eliminate the dog ears. They also plan to cover all tubing with the really tough bioflex tubing used in the rest of the implant components. If they eliminate the dog ears and keep the tubing from being a weak component, the Titan would be tough to beat.

Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.5"C

Post-op: 8”L and 6”C at one week.
8.5” and 6”C at three weeks with full glans engorgement

If I was to doo a revision tomorrow I would probably request a titan
for its max girth ability. With nearly five years with a Lgx now I can say its a great choice and if a more natural definition then the others I suspect. After a year they all soften up and hang more naturally, this is where an Lgx shines it shrinks a bit more than the others.
so why would I opt for Titan or maybe a Cx? for silliness... at my age ive become fawned of the Shower aspect. I think it would be nice to have the longer deflected cock. Plus having a girthyer member when erected would be great too. These implants kinda spoil us if you truly embrace them.

Cbinspok, did you mean stiffness at your age? I think that’s what you meant.
I agree with you, the LGX works fine and does have a nice flaccid natural look.
It does take more pumps I believe to get to a good hardness with the LGX. If I only pump to 80 or 90 percent, it still feels like it’s not strong enough for good PIV sex.
I normally pump mine up to the max that I can get it, then wait about five minutes for my tissues to stretch and I’ll give it some more pumps. I’ll even give it some more micro pumps while we’re having sex and we change positions to make sure that it’s as hard as I can get it.
I was supposed to have gotten the CX, my doc said that was his go to implant, but for some reason the Boston Scientefic rep and my doc made a game time decision to go with the LGX instead. (Maybe to help with sizing) I’m not sure.

I’m like you, if I have to have a revision I’ll ask for the CX or the Titan.

So for us who are about to get first implant, are you saying we should consider the CX or Titan over a new lgx?

I just decided to switch from Rigicon to Lgx......now wondering.

I just really like the LGX having both length and girth expansion, plus the pedigree.
