Few years back I had a umbilical hernia repair using mesh.
Still waiting for my initial urologist appointment regarding an implant and I'm sure the urologist will answer this question. But I was wondering if anyone had a similar hernia and was able to have the implant infrapubic? Or did they go penoscrotal?
The reservoir placement and the incision is what I'm wondering about with the mesh umbilical hernia repair.

Umbilical hernia repair and incision type
Suffering ED for 8 yrs. No success with pills or trimix. VED does work but the constriction rings are painful to hold the erection. Currently speaking with urologists about a implant.

Ved_pumper, FWIW, I had that repair a long long time ago. Mine was penoscrotal, but the repair wasn't part of the discussion or decision. Also my reservoir is in the left side of the abdomen but again not related to the repair.

Ok thanks for the information! I've watched a few surgeries on YouTube and the reservoir placement made me wonder.
Watching the surgeries is a bit intense lol but I'm glad I watched them. Explains quite a bit.
