I guess I’m a not one of the lucky guys who recovered in less than 2 weeks. I’m getting better but still unable to do basic tasks like grocery shopping or driving.
Pain is manageable but still hurts especially in the reservoir area and my scrotum l which is still very much swollen and makes locating the deflation button almost impossible.
But what is really messing up with my head is the size of my penis. I don’t think the doctor undersized me because I can feel the tips of the implant in my glans but it really looks very small. I don’t understand how he could measure only 9 cm distal when I was 14cm the day before surgery.
I am all day reading posts in FT and reddit about size after surgery and I know many of you guys recovered your original size or almost all of it, but I can’t help but think the worst.
After all my wife and I have been through, I can’t imagine her face when I ask her to have sex with my brand new 4 inch bionic dick

Toronto, sorry that this part of the journey has got you down a bit.
So, the 9cm is your internal distal measurement?
I don’t have the same implant as you I have the AMS LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tip extenders.
My internal measurements are 11cm distal and 10cm proximal. 21cm total
I would say we are exactly the same adding your implant size 20cm and your rear tip extender 1cm for a total of 21cm.
It took me a good while after I was cleared to cycle and have sex at 6 weeks. I could barely get in 10 pumps the day I had device training. My dick looked small.
My docs protocol was cycling twice a day in the shower for 20 minutes, pumped to as much as I could get in.
It took me 5 to 6 months before I was back to my pre-op length.
Bone pressed, I’m 6.25 to 6.50 and if I’m fully aroused with a blood filled glans, I’m sure it’s beyond those measurements above.
I’m four years out from surgery and I still cycle at least once a day even if I use it for sex that day, just to keep everything stretched.
Toronto, give it some time, you’re just at the beginning of your journey.
