If price was equal, would you get AMS lgx or Rigicon infla10 ax

This isn't a hypothetical, I actually have that option now.

All the stats , performance seems to compare quite well. Normally would need to pay quite a premium for the LGX but not in my case.

AMS has legacy and clout.

Rigicon newer but seem popular and they have the pulse pump......and also have no chance for accidental erection.

Have to decide this week which way to go.
56, Mild ED started 20 years ago, Pills very effective for first 12 years. Then High Blood Pressure made ED much worse. Pills inconsistent now. Dont like needles. Planning IPP now, probably Rigicon Infla10 AX, to be done overseas.

Have Rigi and I am happy with it. I did not consider others mostly due the new pump (works well but deflation is a pain in the a...) and the new wires with their super safe connections.
68 years old, good shape but 10 years struggle with VED, pills, needles.
arterial sclerosis comb.with venous leak.
Rigicon infla 10ax, 22(12+10) x12 + 1cm rte. Dr. Beley, Paris. 06.11.25
before implant: VED 6,5 x 4.9 bone pressed.

I also had the choice of either with no cost difference. I was originally committed to the Rigicon AX but when finally scheduling the op with my surgeon he told me there had been a problem with failed connectors for two of his patients. So we quickly pivoted to the LGX and performance wise it has been an excellent choice so far. Yes it does also have the longer standing reputation. Some say it isn't firm enough but my experience is the complete opposite. I haven't experienced any auto inflation but the cylinders do tend to retain a "base" level of saline resulting in a "fuller" flaccid (which I like).
I still think the Rigicon remains a good choice and my surgeon told me that the current model now has much more robust and reliable connectors.
It sounds like Richard may also be referring to those. If using a competent surgeon experienced with implanting both, I don't think you should be concerned with either choice. If they are significantly more experienced with one than the other, perhaps take that into consideration.

p.s. With the LGX also consider which pump is being offered - the well proven MS pump that I have, or the newer Tenacio.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 22 then profound ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m.
Recovery great but have a bend.

Do you mean the newer tenacio is a lessor quality pump?
