Hey guys,
I’m 2 weeks post-op and still in the recovery phase after being implanted with a Titan Touch.
The pain has become more manageable over the past two days, but I still can’t stand for long periods. My doctor advised me not to do anything until our first follow-up appointment in 3 weeks.
I still have noticeable swelling in my scrotum. I’ve been trying to mentally simulate how inflation and deflation would work (without actually attempting it). The issue is that although I can feel the pump, I cannot feel the deflate button at all. The whole area feels very tight, almost as if the pump is stuck or glued to the skin, and I can’t even locate my left testicle.
Is this normal at this stage of recovery?
Before surgery, the surgeon mentioned some concerns because he thought my scrotum might be small. However, after the procedure he said the skin was actually very flexible and that my scrotum appeared quite large once I was under anesthesia.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or have any recommendations? I’m worried that the deflate button might end up being inaccessible after recovery.
Where is the deflation button???

Re: Where is the deflation button???
I don’t have a titan, so I can’t help you with how to “feel out” where the deflate button is. But I can say it is entirely normal to not be able to feel it just yet. It’s the swelling. I actually had the same experience, including coming on here to ask how to find the deflate button. I managed to figure out how to pump it up even more, but could not get it to deflate! It took another week or two as I recall before I could locate it.
So don’t worry about it. Swelling will go down and you’ll be able to deflate just fine soon.
Be well,
Leto

Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.
