How long until you could orgasm normally after your surgery?

I had my first sex, and orgasm, at the 18th day after surgery. This was a blowjob as fucking was at that time to painfull, yet at the 20th day, we did that too.

I could orgasm intermittently from around 9 or 10 weeks, but it was often painful at the same time.
From maybe around 16 weeks I could orgasm most of the time with only minor discomfort.
I can't pick an exact time but since fairly soon after that I've been able to orgasm pain free 100% of the time.

I am envious of you guys who regained your ability to orgasm soon after your implant. Even a few months after the surgery, climax was extremely difficult. For two reasons: (1) the nerves had to heal and that is getting better and better, nearly 2 years after surgery. (2) The biggest reason I had trouble was Zoloft. When I found out that it is used to help premature ejaculators, well then, I got off that in a hurry. It was quickly an improvement.

Sex and masturbation are different on this... it was fairly easy to masturbate as soon as I was cleared to, though I still needed a silicone ring as before to keep the glans full. PIV has been a little more complicated, as sensation is slow to return fully, but it's still better than before. At 4 months I still get some stinging pain randomly and have to back of and re-enter or whatever, but it is not impossible to cum inside.

Others have had trouble but I bet everyone has slightly different reasons.
