Need to clarify something.....
The pumps in all titan coloplasts eventually go flat? ....... and the pump still works??

What?
They always work unless they don’t. If your surgeon gives you extra fluid they never flatten. If he doesn’t have the foresight, the pump may flatten and it means you are done expanding.

So just to form, if the surgeon didnt have the foresight and the pump DOES flatten........ it still works just as well, even though its flat, correct?

Typically when guys get flat bulbs it means their surgeon follow specs and put in exactly what the implant can hold. When you get to that point, your implant will be full but you have no room to over-pressurize it. Technically, you are just fine and in a way this is convenient because the flat bulb tells you it's fully inflated, but if you don't have any extra fluid you will never know if you just might be able to expand further and gain a little size.

The pump bulb, which is fairly large, goes FLAT, eventually?
And this is ok and the pump still functions properly??
It’s okay and doesn’t hurt anything. It just means there’s no fluid left to pump into the system, there is a slight vacuum formed between the reservoir and pump, which causes the pump bulb not to re-expand until you deflate.
As long as you reach the desired size and hardness, there’s not problem with this and it happens to a lot of guys at some point when cycling. As others noted some surgeons add more fluid than recommended for the implant size to try to minimize this. I have a 125ml reservoir and my surgeon filled to 130ml since I have a large implant and he wanted me to be able to cycle it fully. I’m over four months in and so far haven’t run out of fluid. Fingers crossed but I won’t worry about it if it happens.
The Titan is probably too hard for comfort of either partner anyway at absolute maximum inflation.
