How long until you could orgasm normally after your surgery?

Sex and masturbation are different on this... it was fairly easy to masturbate as soon as I was cleared to, though I still needed a silicone ring as before to keep the glans full. PIV has been a little more complicated, as sensation is slow to return fully, but it's still better than before.
