Chris, my glans took a long time to recover and get back some of the fullness that I use to have. It’s definitely not as good as my youthful days but it’s ok.

My glans will fill more after we start foreplay and we get fully aroused.

I have felt the tips a handful of times but I just push through it and enjoy PIV sex with my wife.

My wife has never complained about feeling the tips of my implant or anything else after 4 1/2 years. She loves it and wants it as hard as I can get it.

Won't say my glans are hard, but I do swell up a lot during arousal. My wife can tell when I'm close to orgasm because she feels my glans swell.

For the first 6-7 months following implant surgery I had no natural glans engorgement. Then I noticed it was gradually returning. Weak and inconsistent at first but by the one year anniversary it was all good again.

I used trimix gell during the first year, It definitely forced glans engorgement than was plumper and harder than I ever got naturally. But the price to pay was a burning achey sensation lingering for several hours afterwards.

Pumping up to only 75% inflation fills the glans to 95%. I also don't drink alcohol, maintain a healthy weight, watch my calories, and exercise regularly to maintain healthy blood flow. Increase your protein intake and make smoothies with broccoli and blueberry extracts to get a good dose of antioxidants. Most of it can be in the head. It's achievable.
