Is your glans hard during sex? Do you or your partner feel the tips? Please share your experiences or tips with me.

Chris, my glans took a long time to recover and get back some of the fullness that I use to have. It’s definitely not as good as my youthful days but it’s ok.

My glans will fill more after we start foreplay and we get fully aroused.

I have felt the tips a handful of times but I just push through it and enjoy PIV sex with my wife.

My wife has never complained about feeling the tips of my implant or anything else after 4 1/2 years. She loves it and wants it as hard as I can get it.

I’ve had my original implant for almost 4 years, after the first year my tips started poking out the bottom during sex as my glans would roll up, even when engorged. This was the worst problem that I had. I’m on day 4 of a revision due to this and a couple other complications with my first implant. Function of implant was perfect, it was all issues with improper install…
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong
