Hi brothers, first one is how is your flacid state. I feel and looks like I have a little hard on which stands to much out for to look normally. I like to go to sauna or nude beach but I have consideration what others would think.
2nd: How is your pump for deflation, it seems very difficult to reach both buttons to deflate and needs a lot of pressure. The small knot is hard to catch because slippery but you need it to press against the flat one to open the valve again.
3rd: do you feel the cylinders alongside your shaft left and right, even when flacid. I can feel mine very well and she too with IC which can result in discomfort for her.

Hi Richard, the pressure point was designed to prevent accidental emptying, which can make it difficult at first.

After surgery, the tissue is sensitive, and the body takes time to adjust to using the device.

thanks Chris, you are right it really can be difficult. Believe me I know everything about sensitivity , its still there do some degree.
How about 1st and 3rd question.

Hi Richard, I can only answer question 1 in about 2.5 weeks, as I'll be deflated and activated then. Currently, I'm about 60 percent inflated. I can feel the cylinders a little, but it's not bothering me. I'm happy with this firmness!

The pump has only one button as a drain valve, not 2.

Three months after the revision, I can say that the pump and the discharge mechanism at the ZSI were much easier to operate.

And yes. I also feel a bit pumped up all the time. It doesn't bother me.

And I don't feel the implants themselves.

Richard, just curious, when you got your AX did they already feature the Pulse Pump or was it the older version?

kaboom it is the pulse pump.

joberlin we have been through this about there is only one button to drain the valve, the flat one but it still needs another on the opposite side to press against and this one is the slippery and tricky one.
What is the size of your implant. Overall it sounds you have a great recovery.

Okay, now I know what you mean. I call these parts ‘plates’.

My implant is 18 + 2. 110 ml reservoir.

At the hospital, I was told that, with a bit of luck, I could gain a maximum of 1 cm in length with the implant.

The implant itself is fine, the shape is very natural. If only it weren't for the pump, which I personally find impractical and stubborn.

My dr. also said I will gain some girth and length, for the moment I am 14,5 cm I hope I will reach my old length of 15,5-16.
The shape is very natural and straight and fully pumped it points 2 o'clock.
I am getting more used to the pump but they could have made it easier. The ZSI is Swiss ?? But its is very seldom used, what was wrong with yours.

There was a leak somewhere. I couldn't pump it up anymore. During the ultrasound and CT scan (another story), the reservoir was no longer visible. It was unusual for something like this to happen after only eight years. I wrote to ZSI about it. They weren't interested in the information and referred me to my urologist.
