FWIW the surgeon that did my first implant was a super cool guy and over the numerous visits we became pretty friendly. Well I ran into him at a restaurant in South Philly a couple of years later and both of us were waiting for others to arrive so we sat down and shared a good single malt. At that time he mentioned that he had done a guy recently with a 10.5 inch tool. He said that COLOPLAST would make custom length cylinders from the same tubing they use for the 24 cm+ sizes. He also said that it required considerably more pre op prep. Chemically inducing an erection and then using imaging to closely estimate the size needed. He said it had been his first and that it was a success.
He also mentioned that it kind of exposed a shortcoming in implants in general for some guys with extreme girth. He said that the man’s penis was over seven inches around and that he had lost girth but was still very happy to be functional again. At least that’s how he told it.

How would he even know this? Surgeons don’t take ego measurements on the table. BPEL is completely irrelevant to implant size… they measure with dilators. Imaging is bullshit too… dilators are far longer than necessary and imaging is expensive even if it’s only xray.

Like Rodsman, i’m gay and have been with hundreds of guys. Anyone over 8 inches is extraordinarily uncommon. I think I’ve seen one guy with probably 9 to 10”. He didn’t have any trouble getting hard and it was pretty incredible to behold. I also agree with others that there’s no way the guy in that video has an 11 incher.

John, I’m not quite sure what you’re suggesting. But knowing the surgeon as I came to and how amicable and down to earth he was I can imagine the patient returning to him with glee saying “Doc you did it. I’m back to 10 1/2 inches.” Or something along those lines. He may not have taken “ego measurements on the table” but he was surely aware that the cock he was implanting was massive. And I don’t know about you but he, my original surgeon, did a stretch test and measured it too recording it in his notes and later comparing my post op results with what had been recorded.
“ego measurements”? Really? That’s just silly. We were in a restaurant bar sharing a scotch and waiting for our respective parties. And in the course of up dating him on my unit he/we talked a bit of implant shop as we had that in common and the event was recent and unusual. I mean it’s not like he told me the guys name and violated HIPPA. We were just shooting the breeze and waiting. We also touched on religion having that in common as well. He also told me that when his fellowship concluded he ended up with a lucrative position at a renowned teaching hospital, he seemed pretty happy about it at the time.
Dinner was fantastic. I had a baked ziti with asparagus tips that was to die for and I remember ordering lemon chicken for my wife.
