The length of any dick depends on how it is measured. The gold standard for comparing apples to apples and cocks to cocks is BPEL, Bone Pressed Erect Length.

The guy in the surgery had a big ‘un. Of that there is no doubt. But his BPEL wasn’t 11.5”

They installed 28 cm of implant. That’s 11.5” of implant. That doesn’t mean he has an erection that long.

In fact, the video stated the distal measurement was 21 and the proximal measurement was 7. By comparison my distal is 17 and my proximal is 6.

I suspect that guy wows the crowds with something in the 8.5-9 inch range. Damned impressive! Not especially useful but impressive.

If you took a 28 cm Titan XXL and stuck 6 cm of RTEs on it, you’d have 34 cm of implant. For a guy with a 7 cm deep crus that would leave 27 cm potentially visible. That’s nearly 11”. So yeah, it could be done.

But a 28 cm implant with 7 cm buried behind the pubic bone ain’t going to show 11.5”. 9” maybe.

Perhaps it is more enlightening to just consider all men, and not just content creators ("porn stars"). My husband and I go to large gay sex parties very frequently, and smaller ones every week. There are often hundreds of men, and at some points, any that can, have erections. In that environment, I always find that more than half have ED to one degree or another.
