It's going to take time to heal before you panic. When your doc gives you the OK to begin cycling is when you should see changes. Cycling is inflating as much as you can tolerate for around 30 minutes. Research more about cycling here in Frank Talk.

stewie77, congrats on a successful surgery ! But like Old Guy said, you are way way way too early to be concerned about measurements and size. Focus on healing and doing what's needed to avoid infection.

Brother, I was exactly where you are. I started at 4.1 inches right after surgery and it really messed with my head. Within a couple weeks of cycling, I made it to 5 inches, and I’m still early in the process.
My first two attempts at sex were rough and honestly disappointing. The third time went much better. It’s a process physically and mentally.
Give it time. You just had surgery. Things really do start moving in the right direction if you stay consistent with cycling and stay patient.

Pills stopped working. Trimix helped, but injections weren’t sustainable.
Coloplast Titan IPP implanted January 8, 2026 -20 cm.
Grateful, moving forward.

Re: Became Bionic -HELP!!!!
Kinda same situation here,
Stewie77 when you say your distal is 4.3” you mean what you have measures after surgery or what’s int the dictors report? There is a difference between what you measure and the distal measurement in the operation room.
In my case I was 5.5 BP the day before the surgery, and now I can measure around 9-10. The distal measurement from the report is 9cm and proximal 12. Got a Titan 20+1
This is being hard to accept but I know it’s too early to make conclusions. I’m day 5 post surgery
