Just cycled the first time. Lgx implant. Length is slightly shorter, but more notably the girth is considerably skinnier. I inflated to the point I wasn't able to pump anymore, but I had no pain. I felt the implant was the reason I couldn't expand more not the tissue it's self. I left it for 15 min but honestly could have left it all day. Does the implant it's self expand over time when cycling? Or is it set at this new girth? It's usable which is the good news, but a little disappointing at the same time.

If you were properly sized and the surgery done correctly then yes, the LGX should expand over time in both length and girth with regular cycling.
The LGX cylinders are 12mm diameter uninflated and I believe can expand by up to 18 mm +/- 2 mm.
That is a fair amount but it takes time to see the optimum results and you are only a few weeks in.
I didn't even start cycling until 6 weeks post op. After many months I got back to my pre ED size.
Unlikely that you would see any visible results after a 15 minute session.
Keep going, the results will come with persistence and patience.
Were you exceptionally girthy pre op?
