Are all Titans flat when deflated? From the videos I’ve seen I’ve never seen one as you have described. I’m considering the Titan. Or maybe the pics I am seeing are Titans partially inflated? ED issues started around 44, Received Implant 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer Coloplast Titan 26 XL + 1, pump broke within a year and Implanted again by Dr. Hakky Coloplast Titan 26 XL + 1.

Hey I heard from Danielle today....June 11th @ 10:00, seems rather short notice, but I booked my hotel today....prep mode!! New Kramer dick soon!!

Well, we will be surgery buddies after all. I'm same day, 9 am, so right before you.

Mine had a flatter more rectangular shape to it for a very long time. Now two years later the shape has 'improved' to be more oval. ( Very round when deflated)
55 yo Aussie. E.D all my life. Used Viagra for years but. Went on to Injections which worked well but very inconvenient and didnt work sometimes. Implanted Jan'18 with Titan one touch 20cm/ 1.5RTE by Pro Chung in Brisbane.

This makes no logical sense. The only thing that would dictate whether the penis is round or surfboard is how full the implant is able to go, which is originally dictated by the limits of your CC. On a small dick, the implant fills the space immediately and in that case maybe it pushes down on the urethra. However, in my experience, the implant cylinders are able to easily expand to hard pipes side-by side already at 4 months and so my dick is like a nascar track and there is no way for the implant cylinders to push on the urethra at all. I have to use a ring to expand that for me.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

The only way I have found to avoid “the surfboard”, is to take Viagra and inflate minimally. You don’t need a rock hard dick for sex. The more I pump, the more it pushes out my natural bloodflow.

This is one of the main reasons I started using my VED at 6 weeks postop. It draws more blood into the tissue that remains and fills things out.
I do 12 minutes 2x a day + 10mg cialis daily and it helps fill things out and promotes glans engorgement.
