It keeps getting better Nick! I’m in my 4th year out from surgery and this last year was awesome! I can pump up early before we have PIV sex and not have any discomfort before we get down to it. Right before we start foreplay, I’ll give my implant some more pumps to get steel rod hard. My wife likes it super hard, so I’ll keep pumping until I can’t get anymore micro pumps. I’ll even pull out sometimes while we’re have sex and give it some more pumps.
My wife has been on Hormone Therapy for almost 2 years now and it has really helped our sex life, she wants to have sex more and she gets super wet when we start foreplay. She gets a pellet in her buttock area every 3 1/2 months to keep her levels high.
As far as being able to climax, I didn’t have any problems after I healed up after surgery, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve noticed that it takes longer to recover after I’ve climaxed and if there aren’t enough hours in between, I might not be able to cum or it will take longer for me to cum during sex.
What helps me to get there is if she is super wet or we use extra lube. Sometimes if she is too wet or I’ve put too much lube on I can get to climax too quick.
