Thanks for sharing pictures! Im curious whats the reason you got a scar near the glans? Did yoy get a subcoronal approach?

And did the dr say the scar will go away eventually?

Yes the doctor had to do the sub coronal incision due the amount of Peyronies fibrosis requiring easier access to the whole penis.

The incision was made over the top of my circumcision scar so hopefully it won't be any more noticeable than the original scar.

I don't think I lost any length compared to pre-op, it is a little difficult to quantify as I had a bad curve with Peyronies so could not measure straight with erection, however my stretched length using a traction device was about 6 1/4 inches and I am right around 6 inches when aroused, which was my original length pre cancer. Girth I never measured until I started down this path but I may have lost about 1/4 to 1/5 inch, most likely due to the amount of fibrosis I had that had to be removed. I am very happy with the size as it is right now.

Week 8-9 update
Last week I went and saw a friend/massage therapist in Bangkok who has given me hundreds of handjobs over the years. She knows what gets me off very well and I always have a long session with her. I still had a few stitches but felt I could get a handjob to test the sensitivity and to finally cum after 8 weeks.

What I discovered is that my sensitivity is probably between 40-50 per cent of what it used to be. I attribute this to a combination of nerve issues post surgery that should improve over time and the removal of so much penile tissue due to needing a graft for the Peyronies. I think I can still feel the graft stitches on both sides of my penis (I was told these could take up top 12 weeks to go away).

Despite the reduced amount of pleasure she still had me near orgasm and I distracted her a little as I wanted it to last a little longer. However, once she resumed the tip of my penis became painful most likely from the tips of the implant and I asked her to stop. I do not think I was fully aroused in the glands so less buffer between the tips of the implant and the end of the penis, probably too much in my head analyzing everything. I do not think this will be an issue during sex as there will not be a lot of pressure directly on the head of the penis.

I came back home yesterday and decided to masturbate to completion last night so I could test in a controlled environment. I was able to cum but again the sensitivity was low, but no pain in the head of the penis. I woke up this morning and all stitches are now gone so I will move on the next phase soon, still a little gun shy as it has been more than 6 years since I had intercourse.

I have noticed 2 things about the implant. First it is very loose, as I can move my penis a lot to the left and up and even rotating it. I initially thought the upper rods were the issue but discovered that if I hold the rods under the perineum that the penis becomes much more difficult to move around. I think that having had my prostate removed via the left side has somehow removed some of the structures that might provide stability in this area.

The second thing is that there does not seem to be a lot of penile tissue on the sides and top, again probably due to the Peyronies.

After I have sex I will send some questions to Dr. Banga in India about these issues.

I have not seen any engorgement in the penis other than the head, but it is still early on for me.

Just a question
How can prostate removal be an issue now??
Its already been 6 years
Tissues might have redeveloped on the left side
Dont u think wrong sizing might be the issue
Has it impacted the hardness of the implant or is it
still the same??

As to the prostate removal being an issue, they have to make way for the prostate to come out in addition to severing lymph nodes and other things. After prostate surgery my penis had a tilt and rotation to the left, so that is why I think they might be related, I could be totally wrong on this, just guessing. Sizing is fine, the implant is plenty hard, any harder and it would be painful, of course this is based off of hand jobs and masturbation as I have not had sex yet.

Thanks for the update Scott - since you’re still early on your healing journey in the grand scheme of things, I’m sure that your body will keep adapting. Very promising that masturbation was not a problem!

Re: Scott424’s Rigicon Rig10 malleable implant journey - Updated for first sex

Postby Scott424 » Sun Feb 22, 2026 8:45 am

Ok, I had my first sex last week. My scar tissue on the incision site (sub coronal) is still hard so can be a little painful if rubbed too hard. When I masturbate I can avoid that issue but was not sure how it would be during sex.

I went to Pattaya to visit some friends and find a willing partner. My first impression came when going down on her, I thought to myself "I can stay here as long as I want and it won't affect my erection". Wow that was such a great thought. After I finished she gave me a blow job and when she stopped she remarked something to the effect that she was impressed how hard I was, even though I am approaching 70 years old.

Intercourse went well but anytime I was close to coming all the way out I was a little concerned since my implant rotates particularly on the right rod. In the end it was not a problem and we went until I was unable to continue as this was my first sex in 6 1/2 years so I am very out of shape for this activity. I only did missionary with her legs in different positions as I did not have the energy to try other positions and wanted to have a completely positive first experience.

I used a condom and I honestly do not know if I have ever cum with a condom on so of course I did not this time. She started to jack me off but the scar tissue got a little tender and so I finished myself off. I know the scar tissue will soften in the months to come so I am not worried about that.

In conclusion it was great to break my Bionic Virginity and I look forward to many more experiences to come or is that cum? I figured out the looseness I have is caused by the rod on the right side, where it goes into the body it moves around, usually to the right which causes my penis to point to the left, but I can easily straighten it and bend it up for storage in my underwear without any tension at all. As long as it continues not to be an issue I will not worry about it. Now if they get the blue tooth pumps in the next few years and I save money I might upgrade to that but I doubt it.

One other thing I am surprised at, is how little of an issue concealment has been. The only things I have not done that might be a little embarrassing is lying on my back on the benches at the gym which would cause my long shirt to bunch up and probably expose the bump in my gym shorts. The second is if I ever have to wear a hospital gown and lay on my back I will be pointing up, I guess I would explain to the doctor/nurses that I have an implant. Tight underwear is the key for me.
