I am Dutch, so I don't know if my translation is correct, but I felt great after Surgery.
Never had any pain, and now (day 18 past surgery), I am able to have sex.

The answer is 60%.

The first few days were about recovery, I'm on day 25, I've had sex since day 11, and it's getting better each time.

I still have some discomfort and it's smaller than before the surgery, but that takes time to go back to normal.

Sex is still the same, I haven't felt any difference in sensitivity, but now I have the peace of mind of always being hard.
54y DP at 50, DP surgery at 51. Loss 2.5 cm and DE. sex with the use of a ring. recovered the lost cm with 6M of ved. Titan OTR 18cm on Jan 26, 2026. size before: 14 cm length x 15 cm . Size 1 day post-surgery: 11 cm x 14.5 cm

Probably around 60%. For me when I went in for my 2 week checkup I was healed up well and DR. Gave me permission to gradually start exercising it. I immediately did and had sex at 3 weeks very gently!! lol.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong

I was 30% erect for the first 6 weeks. That is my surgeon's standard protocol for everyone.
30% is a full on erection in my experience, just not as hard as 100%.
At 6 weeks he activates the implant by deflating/re-inflating then getting the patient (me) to try it under supervision.
Then on my own to start cycling and using the implant.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 22 then profound ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m.
Recovery great but have a bend.
