Last night I had sex again with my beautiful wife for the second time. Things went a little better this time. The pain was still there of course, but I felt more comfortable, and as she said, it felt better for her too.
I also measured again with a tape and noticed I’ve gained a little compared to the 4.1 inches I was seeing a few days after surgery, so that gave me some encouragement.I’m posting a few photos so you can see how recovery is progressing.And once again, thank you all for the support. Reading your experiences and advice truly helps more than you know.

Hi Nick, I know how it feels but take it easy 6 weeks is early and you are doing fine. Follow my story about the same subject maybe this will help you calm down.

As to the feeling, 6 weeks is nothing. Took me good 10 months to fully recover. You'll feel better.

Regarding undersizing:

Ask for your operative report. it will say what proportion of the implant is proximal, and how much distal.
If you were 6 inches (around 15 cm) before implant, and lets say your glans gains about 2 cm engorged to a total of 4 cm, your distal proportion of the implant should probably be around 12+ cm. If it's much shorter than that it might suggest undersizing. It's definetly not an exact science though

Yes, I understand your point. It was just that the first time was frustrating and pretty miserable, and everything felt weird and unfamiliar down there. You can use a little Viagra to help with the swelling of the glans.

I totally agree with others in saying that you’re still WAY early in the process and might have just had your expectations a little too high! I was nervous and truthfully scared the first time we had PIV sex! I was so nervous and so was my wife that I set expectations low and therefore wasn’t too upset at how it turned out. I had very low sensations and almost no engorgement…. I’m sure the nerves played a big part in that! Well like others say just keep at it and things will get better! Maybe spend more time building up to it and getting into the moment! You broke the ice now take your time and enjoy it to the fullest. Practice makes perfect and ghats the facts with a new dick!! Hang in there! It was probably 12-14 weeks before it felt good… and probably 16-18 weeks before it started feeling normal. Give it time.all will work out.

Can I ask did you eventually get back to your pre-surgery size? And are you still cycling regularly, or did you ease off after things felt normal?

By 11-12 months I was back to full length and actually about a 1/4” more girth than I ever measured in previous measurements. From base to mid shaft full 1/4” from mid to glans a little less than a 1/4 gain. I like many others on here ran out of fluid at just past 12 month time at which I stopped cycling except for use… probably average 3 times a week. If you’re not familiar with this it’s when you pump hard and the ball goes flat and don’t refill. It’s definitely an OS moment til you realize you just out of fluid. At this point it’s useless to continue exercising because your at the max you’ll ever get with this implant. Upon revision I’ll be sure the Dr puts xtra fluid in my new one. Always wondered if I could have realized more gains had I had more fluid. Last 3 years it’s maintained the same rigidity as anytime in the first 12 months so no loss there.
