Can't feel any "stretch"

I'm in the second week of cycling with a Titan Classic. I've read lots of comments about that stretching feeling during inflation. I haven't felt any stretch at all! I can pump until my penis is very hard and can't pump any more, but I haven't felt that stretching feeling?
When I was using a VED prior to the op, I distinctly felt the stretch, however, no similar feeling when I'm inflating. I wonder if anyone else is the same?

After a year of getting my Titan inflating it to the max still gives me the "stretch" feel. Never was a time I remember it not feeling that way. I remember thinking it's gonna be like LGX and enough months of cycling I can fully pump and use comfortably, but nope. I can fully pump to exercise and use it, which I do, but it's not the same because if I keep it there too long it's serious pain. This thing is a rock hard brick. Curious about our differences and if others are similar or somewhere in the middle.
