A flacid Titan?

Postby MissionInflatable » Wed Feb 18, 2026 11:29 pm

I'm in week 5 post op and cycling. I received a 22cm Coloplast Titan Classic.
I'm sure I'm deflating correctly, but my penis still feels quite hard and leaning to the left. I don't think there's a way of identifying if you are deflated fully? I can feel the cylinders and they kind of feel empty. I'm presuming its because the implant is so new and will get softer as time passes.

An implanted deflated penis will always be much harder than a natural flacid, especially a titan. It will eventually hang a little lower though, around 4:30 or 5 o'clock for me

Titans are pretty stiff, mine feels like a mild semi even when fully deflated. It’s the nature of the materials used. As long as you can bend your penis it’s properly deflated and that’s kind of your new normal. It will soften up a bit with time, I’m at about 16 weeks and my Titan feels definitely less stiff than right after surgery.

Appreciate the feedback, thanks.
I feel I could have penetrative sex even in deflated mode!
Anyway, the cycling continues and I feel it's getting better on a weekly basis. Best move ever.

Yes, you are going to have the feeling of a semi hard on from now on. The Titan will soften some in the coming months, but it will always remind you it's there.
Can't say anything about penetrative sex, but my suck off toy works in flaccid mode.

I have had my Titan going on four years. My shaft hangs straight down for the most part and is just over 6 inches flaccid. I really love the flaccid part as much as when it's inflated. Overtime yours will become more like this.
