Last night first time sex

Hi guys,
So, last night I had sex for the first time, and honestly, it kind of sucked. My penis couldn’t do much, and even my wife admitted something was missing compared to before. We kinda lost. I don’t want to get depressed, but I need some advice or info from you guys.”
I’m currently about 6 weeks post-op with a Titan implant. Recovery has been generally okay. Pain is manageable and I was cleared to start cycling and lady night I had intercourse for the first time. No major pain during sex, just mild twinges here and there.

However, I’m concerned about length.

Pre-surgery, I was a little over 6 inches erect (bone-pressed measurement).
Right now, at what I believe is full inflation (around 12 pumps), I’m measuring about 4.1 inches.NOT bone pressed but with Measuring tape

That’s a significant difference.

A few details:
• I’m still relatively early in recovery (6 weeks).
• I’ve been cycling daily, about 20 minutes..2 times
• I’m not sure if I’m truly at maximum inflation or stopping short due to discomfort.
• Glans engorgement is minimal compared to pre-surgery.

For those further out:
• Did you regain length between weeks 6 and 12?
• Is this kind of early shortening common?
• How aggressive were you with cycling to regain size?

I do not want to panic , but I m getting there lol I would love realistic expectations.
If this is still early and tissues need time to stretch, I can live with that.
If this suggests undersizing, I’d rather address it sooner than later.
My doctor’s assistant nurse told me pretty much this is wat it is and he would recommend another implant in one-two years when things would be more stretched out

It’s early days. You are still recovering even at 6 weeks. Hang in there with cycling. And keep exploring sex with the wife. Keep at it. Things are going to continue to change for a while. I can’t predict what the end point will be but the next several months will have lots of change.

You are no where near the end point yet. Hang in there.

you are in the worst time of impactaion , your body is confused, your brain wants to be done with it all. yes many of us had late gains out over a year. it takes time. when I read your note I feel you're in the right place for very successful recovery. it's going to get better.
relax and thank you for filling out your signature without this basic information we can't help much. you will get through the post op problems, all the principles will jell, you still have increases.

I literally hate it my brother I had a very nice penis before implant and I was expecting things wouldn’t be the same as before but my last night experience I would consider it an experience from hell..thanks for the support

Nick, as others have said, it's too early to tell what the end result will be. My first sex was at 6 weeks, it made me hurt, wife commented about size loss, and it didn't last long. Next few sessions went better, pain went away, gained some length back. By month 6 I felt like superman.

Nick, Yes as the other guys have said it's still very early in your recovery. I didn't start cycling until 6 weeks and tried having sex soon after. My performance sucked and it hurt. My erection was still much shorter than pre op, which made things awkward and often I would slip out. I didn't start to feel comfortable during sex until around 10 weeks, and even then it was very hit and miss. Sometimes I could climax, often I couldn't, and frequently it still hurt. We just persisted and eventually everything fell into place. Now it's great every time and was worth the wait, but there were times I worried that it wouldn't happen.

The early shortening is very common. My size had mostly returned by around three months-ish from memory, although I still made tiny incremental gains after that. I was very aggressive with cycling, and still am at nearly 12 months. I started with two sessions a day for 10-15 minutes in the shower. As soon as I could tolerate it I added a long session most days, initially for maybe 20-30 minutes. Over time I increased it to an hour or more, holding at the maximum inflation I could achieve. My dick would often ache so much I would have to stop the session early. Now I can go well over an hour before it starts to get uncomfortable, and I can push through that if desired. I'm a believer in stretching as much and often as possible. It's only anecdotal but I think that strategy may have helped restore my pre ED size.

My cylinder tips are a long way into my glans when erect. My erection is very stable and extremely hard at 100% pumped. But I only get significant glans engorgement from arousal during the last minute or two leading up to orgasm. Glans is otherwise soft but not floppy as it's well supported by the tips. Getting to that point took ages but now I'm loving it.

IMO you're only just warming up at the starting line. Give it time and try not to stress.

I had sex for the first time after five weeks. I'd barely entered my wife when I had an orgasm. We both laughed and said, "Wow, that's amazing!" It was a fantastic experience for both of us.

I hadn't lost any length. In the years before the surgery, I'd used a vacuum pump daily, for about an hour at a time. This made the tissue very elastic, which is probably one reason why I hadn't lost any length.
