A flacid Titan?

I'm in week 5 post op and cycling. I received a 22cm Coloplast Titan Classic.
I'm sure I'm deflating correctly, but my penis still feels quite hard and leaning to the left. I don't think there's a way of identifying if you are deflated fully? I can feel the cylinders and they kind of feel empty. I'm presuming its because the implant is so new and will get softer as time passes.

An implanted deflated penis will always be much harder than a natural flacid, especially a titan. It will eventually hang a little lower though, around 4:30 or 5 o'clock for me

Titans are pretty stiff, mine feels like a mild semi even when fully deflated. It’s the nature of the materials used. As long as you can bend your penis it’s properly deflated and that’s kind of your new normal. It will soften up a big with time, I’m at about 16 weeks and my Titan feels definitely less stiff than right after surgery.
