The pills are not supposed to work over the course of the following day. They work for a few hours after your first take them. This is well known and it's how the drugs are designed. The only person who can decide if you should get an implant is you. But I also think this is the kind of thing you need absolute certainty on, one way or the other.

Hey cicero.. appreciate the info. Actually, viagra used to work for me for 48 hours, even 72 in some cases but this was years ago. Today it lingers for like 3 - 4 hours.

Yes youre right that I have to decide. But I'm in a tough spot between pills working still - albeit not as great as it used to years ago - and possibility of implant which I fear for potential loss of sexual sensation and orgasm.

Okay, here's your framework. It looks like pills are still a good option for you, albeit just not perfect. After that, I would seriously move on to shots. When that fails, move to the implant. You want to be in a position where each step is inevitable. When pills actually stop working, move to shots. If (not when) shots stop working, then consider the implant. Until then, don't keep doing this to yourself. You'll drive yourself crazy.

I couldn't agree more with what Duke said here. I didn't know how to say it right.

The 0.5% complications suddenly become 100% if they happen to you and will continue to be 0.5% for the rest of the world. If you have a neurotic and not an easy going personality, exhaust all options if you can, so you really feel like you're climbing the ladder rather than taking four steps forward and five steps backward in those "rare" occasions.

I think he is a troll. He already posted that he got the implant a couple of months back. I wish the Board administrator would pay more attention.

Hahahahahahaha….

Trolls gonna troll, what ya gonna do???
Maybe don’t be a sap!

The first thing is maybe everyone should stop Molly coddling these obvious a-holes and quit attempting to appear caring and concerned when it’s clear that you are being psychicly jerked off. Quit wasting your precious time and energy. In the last six months or so there has been a dramatic increase in the number of trolling douche bags coming to this forum. The worst part is watching caring, sincere individuals sharing with integrity, their struggles and solutions to ED, while bitch ass little bitches mock us all with their inane moronic questioning again and again. And “we” fall for it again and again!
And Duke, maybe next time trust your first impression. Yeah, this guy, “macoza”, “it’s” a scumbag in a human suit yanking everyone’s chain, your first impression was spot on and I don’t give a damn how long he’s been a forum member.
The bottom line is that these recent trolls are very likely mentally disturbed individuals and they should seek mental health care services which are far beyond the pale of what anyone here should be attempting to offer an actual mental defective.
If we keep up this idiotic level of compassion we’re just going to generate more and more of this activity that is sadly making this forum a less and less pleasant place to be.
Yes, be compassionate. Just don’t be a stooge.

Show us where I said I got an implant before. I'd love to see how stupid you look trying to find it when I never said it. The only troll here is you, especially when you have to rely on piece of plastic while pills still work for me. You're an odd bald man who can't get girls. Try hair transplants old man
