I have had good luck using acetaminophen to reduce my fever when I've been sick. Give it a try if you're worried about your fever.

Is your concern that the fever is infection instead of flu? If it were infection you would have signs at the sight of the implant as well. Redness, swelling, tenderness, pain, possibly discharge at the site of erosion.
But if that isn’t the case then it’s likely just a fever related to having the flu.
As other suggested acetaminophen (Tylenol) can help reduce a fever. If it persists or gets worse go see a doctor. But otherwise rest, drink lots of fluids (you should be drinking so much fluid your urine is nearly clear. If it’s yellow you need to be drinking more.
And otherwise get in bed and try to sleep as much as you can.
Hope you feel better soon.
