Please read.. Should I get an implant?

For years I've had ED. I've taken pills which worked better years ago than now. Injections did work but it takes a larger dose of trimix to work and it causes soreness.

But I'm responding well to viagra. I took 100mg this morning and got 2 erections and came twice. But it's still unpredictable. When I visited my gf overseas I used a double dose of viagra.. but i was so nervous it didn't let me get an erection.

I want to be able to get an erection on command instead of waiting for a pill to work. And maybe with an implant I won't have to worry about nerves. I'm sure it'll give me confidence cuz I won't have to rely on unpredictable pills or injections.

Given all this, do you think I should get an implant?

I think you shouldn't yet. You can still get erect with viagra.
Try to focus on calmind down your mind. Implant is always there in the future. Don't rush it when pills still work

Ask us this serious medical question? We'll shove you toward implants, this is an implant fanboy forum. They are great and not great depending on your psychology.

The problem is that viagra doesn't carry the next day or the next morning like it used to years ago - even if it does work 30 minutes after taking it. And taking viagra at the highest dose each day I don't think is wise for the health. I really don't know.

I want to be able to satisfy my gf the next morning when we wake up.

I'll try cialis to test if it can carry over to get me erect the morning.

I tend to agree with this, macoza. If you can still get an erection with the help of pills (especially since they're so convenient compared to shots) I would say put off the implant to another time.
