I understand but how would you rate the sexual satisfaction of an implant to a natural erection?

Your question doesn't make sense. How can a non-living physical object get satisfaction? Again, implants are made of polymers, they are not made of nerves. How can eyeglasses see? How can spoons and plates taste food? Did you understand?
