Urinate post implant
I was implanted with a Titan on Friday and checking to see anyone else had urination challenges. I have to use a handheld container since I can’t bend my penius down to the toilet at 30 percent inflated. Stream is weak and slow and incomplete. Can the cylinders impinge the urethra? Will it be easier deflated ?
ED and Peyroines. Tried pills, VED, and restorex. 22cm Titan classic 2/13/26 penoscrotal Dr Baumgarten UAB

Welcome to the bionic club. Yes, peeing after the surgery can be tough for a few days. The urethra is usually tender from the catheter insertion. Being partially inflated may cause part of the issue. I never had any issue peeing but do have to sit now so I don't wet the room. Using a urinal is a good idea.

OldGuy, do you mean you have to sit to pee now ever since you got the implant?
This would be a significant side effect I haven't heard of. I am due up in next couple months so this worries me

I'm 3 1/2 weeks out from implant, although I have an AMS 700 CX, but I don't think that makes any difference.
My first week was a bit strange when peeing. The stream was a bit weak when starting, then would pick up a bit. My biggest problem was after it started, it would flare out as the stream picked up. It was like a garden hose nozzle, starting on stream, then changing it to fan. So I was trying to keep it off the toilet sides/tank, the wall, the floor and my pants. That lasted for about a week and is much better now. My swelling going down was probably the biggest factor with the improvement.
I'm still inflated for another 2 1/2 weeks at 20 - 25% and I still have to be careful when initiating a stream, but very manageable now. I thinking that once I'm completely flaccid, any peeing problems I've had will completely disappear. At least that's my hope.
All the best to you for a good and successful recovery.
