I have not been very active on here over the last five months, but did want to provide a one year update. I have tried to add it to my seven month update since there has not been much in the way of changes since that time, but I will try to highlight a few things. All has been really good as far as things go with the implant and I remain very pleased with my decision.

First off, the sex continues to be great! My partner loves the implant and the other women I have been with (we have an open relationship and participate in the lifestyle together) have also enjoyed my new dick. I do have to be more aware when we are playing with other couples now and make sure to pay more attention to my partner. At times it can make her feel a little uncomfortable or even jealous when I am still fucking the other woman like crazy, but her partner has already fizzled out. We now try to communicate clearly with the other couples that we like to switch it up throughout and have sex with each other as well so she gets enough of my dick to keep her happy. I have received plenty of complementary comments about my dick particularly about how hard it is and how long I can stay hard. One woman asked me how I could still be so hard after fucking for so long, and already cumming once, and I just whispered in her ear: "I'm bionic". Don't really know what she read into that, but she immediately started blowing me again.

I was lucky to get my size back quickly. With recent measurements I am consistently 7.5" erect and 7.75" or better with good engorgement of the glans. This is a bit more than I had length-wise in recent years, but likely what I had when I was younger. Girth is 5" or slightly more on most of the shaft and about 5.25" closer to the base. So very happy with regard to size, although I was hoping for a bit more girth wise. I am also happy to be a shower with a flaccid length of nearly 7" and girth around 4.75". I am also pleased with the look, hang and feel, although I do usually put a few pumps in it when it is going to be seen or possibly felt. There are dog ears, but they do not really bother me much and are hidden near the base. There are some other folds at times that I can feel too, so it still feels good to pump it up after it has been completely deflated for a while. However, overall it very comfortable and just a part of me at this point, i.e. I am now used to it and my body is used to it.

I do feel the reservoir and the sometimes feel soreness in the area between there and where the tubing enters my scrotum after exercise. I think some of the muscles in the area haven't fully recovered and others are compensating and leaving me a bit sore at times. I have not gotten back to my preferred fitness level, so we will see how this feels once I do.

I am not sure if I have anything else to share at this time. If you have any questions I would be happy to answer them. I am very pleased with my decision and the outcome and love that I never have to worry about my dick letting me down. It is not perfect, but it was a great solution for me.

Thanks for the update and you stating to encourage newbies to get implanted, that's what's important, that we produce and show material, like pics and videos and reports on the success of an implant that changes your life in such positive way.

Yesterday marked two years since my implant so I thought I’d give an update. I continue to be very happy with my decision to get an implant. My partner, now wife, who’s been there since the beginning of this journey, loves my dick and we have lots of great sex. She is of course fully aware of everything and has no issues with my implanted dick and tells me how much she loves it all the time.

I’ve also had the good fortune of being able to have sex with a dozen or more other women, some many times, and all of those experiences have been great. My wife and I participate in the lifestyle together. They have all seemed to enjoy my implanted dick and appreciated my stamina. I have not shared anything about the implant with outside partners, although I have thought about it to avoid making other guys feel bad when I’m still fucking the hell out of their wives and mine a couple of hours in. I’ve had plenty of touching, sucking, etc., of my balls and no one’s mentioned anything although they’ve likely felt something extra. I do try to be discrete in these situations with regard to pumping up, but it’s not really a hassle. I’ll usually pre pump a bit at some point, but also have no issues pumping up even in a room full of people. A concern for me at times is when everyone’s done and I’ve still got a massive hard on and I’ve found it harder to deflate discretely.

I am very happy with the look and feel, as well as the size. It’s pretty much 7” flaccid, 7.75” pumped up and 8” with engorgement. The girth is about 4.75” flaccid and now 5.125” to 5.25” pumped up and engorged. So probably some slight gains the last year.

As I’ve said before, it’s pretty much just a part of me now and comfortable under most conditions. Although I’m still happy to take off tight underwear at the end of the day if required under dress pants.

I do have some excess tubing and after seeing Dr. Clavell this year, we believe the reservoir likely dropped some right after surgery and created this. Possibly from straining to get up or something. It’s a bit lower than where most would be. I can feel some pain around the bottom of the reservoir/tubing after rougher sex particularly when she is on top and grinding hard. Not really an issue and I can adjust my position a bit to help.

Very happy and enjoying using my implanted dick as much as possible. No questioning my decision to do this and won’t think twice when it comes time for a revision. I’ll try to check in to respond to any questions.

I can’t give you good numbers in cm, but in inches I was 6.75 inches in length when I first started cycling (looking at my updates here). I was about 4.75” in girth. I gained most back very quickly, reaching ~7”-7.25” in length and 5” girth within about 90 days I believe. Over the course of a year I was ~7.5-7.75” in length and a bit over 5” girth. Now recent measurements show right at 8” and 5.125”-5.25” when really engorged.
