Did Glans Width Increase Over Time?

I read in a couple spots that people think the Titan increases distal girth later in the cycling process. It made no sense until I thought about anatomy... I definitely notice the CC going into my glans are much narrower than mid-shaft, and if you look at the implants' shape, this is not the case. All models are fairly constant in girth to maybe 1/2" from the very end.

Has anyone tracked this and found the thickness right at the base of their glans filled out later in the life of the implant?

After 4 years I’ve definitely gotten more girth from base to mid shaft than previous to implant. Mid to tip is the same as it was maxed out on Trimix. Agree with your thoughts about cylinders being same size. I’m getting a revision in 2 weeks and going to ask Clavell if I can either see my old ones or at least a picture. Not sure how it happens but have read several instances where others are like me and have gotten more girth in base area. Not sure how this happens. Will ask Clavell when I see him in a couple weeks.

Base seems obvious to me because the CC separates to spread out into the crus, but head width is limited by nature and my question is does the implant tend to force this part wider for most guys.

No, not for me at all. Been almost 4 years and I cycled like a machine for first year. Seems about the same. I do use cialis daily and when engorged I get a pretty firm round glands…. But not any more than I had in previous non implanted life.

Mine did but I think it's because I had some unusual scar tissue in the distal end of my penis
