LGX to Titan

Postby fucked0ne » Sat Feb 14, 2026 7:04 am

Just curious if anyone here went from LGX to Titan. If so, what’s the difference in rigidity and have much did your girth increase?
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Hey Fucked. As far as rigidity is concerned I don’t really recall any sort of discernible difference between the two. What I do notice is that while the LGX was just fine and if it was the only implant available I’d happily have one again, the Titan seems to be more stable inside of my body at the root.
As for size differences in girth my Titan gives me an additional half of an inch over the LGX. Sadly there is no way to accurately determine the true differences in girth of the individual devices as my original surgeon had implanted the small(65 ml) reservoir and then under filled it merely adding 45 ml of saline. Because of this my cycling to restore size was complete in less than a year.
All that being said I was still able to maintain a length closer to my natural length with the LGX. With the Titan I lost roughly a quarter of an inch in length but gained the aforementioned half inch in girth. It’s a trade I’ve been happy to make.
