Rigi 10 bendability and pointing towards left

Postby Rangeen » Wed Feb 11, 2026 11:51 pm

Hi I m 35, operated in Nov 2025, with Rigi 10 malleable implant,

I waited three months to start bending and tried every day a bit but it’s difficult and painful if I wear u der wear near the gland. My penis without bending is more towards left aligned. I could feel my right rod is more rigid and left rod is rotating inside , I have a 12 mm and 20 cm in length, please provide your suggestion
Is it normal or something to be done to bend properly and use.

Hi Rangeen, here's a picture of bending on 13 mm diameter Rigi10 rods. This photo was taken 2 years post-op. I hope everything becomes comfortable for you as your tissue progressively adapts.

If the minor left hang is your only concern? Don't worry in my opinion. Pre ED mine liked to rest towards the left when flacid. But stood straight up when erect, no bends, curves or peyronies. After healing, it does that exact same pattern. Flacid likes to be slightly to the left. Pumped erection is straight compared to my body.

Hey! I also have a Rigi10. 3.5 weeks out, still getting used to it obviously as I’m very early on.

Agree with LastHope on reading mbambo’s thread.

Also - check out this one from user dj_soros:

In it, he talks about his use of compression boxer briefs to hold his implant down. I imagine that the right underwear - like compression boxer briefs - might make a difference in comfort. Ironically, something that holds the penis tighter might help you so that it hangs closer to 6 o clock and doesn’t push directly out onto your pants.

Also - have you tried wearing a baby sock over your glans? This is a very common recommendation here to reduce glans sensitivity. Worked for me first two weeks of my recovery and I’m considering wearing one again as I start wearing my trousers again.

Rangeen,

I tried to respond to your pm to me but after 3 attempts with all getting stuck in my outbox, I will just give my response here. You situation sounds very similar to my experience, have you had sex yet? I am hoping for my first sex next week when I am on vacation. I am just over 9 weeks out, all the stitches sub coronal are gone but I still have internal stiches from my peyronies graft.
Prostatectomy-2020, no erections - 16 months then Peyronie's onset. Rigicon Rig10 malleable implant with Peyronies graft by Dr. Banga in New Delhi on 12/4/25. 12mm rods, not sure of length.

I'm on my 2nd Rigicon implant sine 6-2023 .. 1st one bent fine ..2nd one does not bend at all was just back at the surgeon last week .. he kind of puts his hands up and says he does not know .. mine is always bent to the right which before the surgery I was always out and slightly downwards .. now I have to use both hands to straighten it before i can pee .. my rods are 13mm x 20cm on one side 19.5 on the other side .. last surgery 6-2024 implant should have settled down by now ..loved the 1st one hate the 2nd one ..you would think since they are just rods they would all be made the same.

I don't get it. When you say it does not bend, you mean it just bounce back? Or that you can't bend it not even once using all the force you can put on it?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar
