Yes, it is a pro style search tip. Warning, you might be over whelmed by how many times he is mentioned. It is alot.

Re: Dr. Kramer
I had Dr. Kramer and found him to be a class act. He did a fantastic job; I recommend.
I understand there was some controversy a while back regarding fake accounts he, or someone under him, had set up to promote his services. Some saw this as unscrupulous, but I don’t see what that has to do with his skill as a surgeon.
You will also find other complaints, patients not happy with him for one thing or another. But if you search any of the big names here—Eid, Perito, Clavell, maybe Hakky—you will find negative feedback. That’s a risk you always take, but if I were ever one of the unlucky ones, I know that I would be pissed too. However, these doctors are only human.

Re: Dr. Kramer
Andrew Kramer is an excellent surgeon whose practice is entirely focused on helping men with erectile dysfunction. He is one of the highest volume implanters in the country.
I am exceedingly happy with my outcome:
-perfectly sized, no droop at the glans
-I am at 110% of the length of my 20’s, girth is wider especially at full inflation
- the pump sits at the bottom of my scrotum, no searching around when I need it
- my gf is just simply amazed at just how wonderful it is to have a partner with an erection that never fails and can go all night.
I would add that the Cape Cod Hospital surgery department is excellent and it is clear that they know how to take care of a penile implant patient. I expect that is partially because they do so many of these procedures. I’d be happy to answer any additional questions you might have

Re: Dr. Kramer
One more thought:
Kramer did an excellent job, but I believe I had such a good outcome because I followed post op instructions carefully, and most importantly, I cycled the implant as instructed, and I still do, 10 months post surgery.

I plan to visit him too. Based on posts I've seen here, he appears to have dismissed some legit post-op issues in certain cases. Also, from what I've observed (including on YouTube), he seems to frequently recommend the AMS 700 LGX model to many patients or the Rigicon Rigi10 malleable for those with infected implants, and not favor Coloplast as much as before. Why might that be?
Any thoughts on that?

Couldn't agree more. He's done over 10,000 implants, for God's sake. It's like criticizing Tiger Woods solely for his personal affairs.
