Whats better? Implant or natural erection?

Postby macoza » Thu Feb 12, 2026 9:59 pm

Since I dont know what an implant feels like yet, I have this question... Which feels better? An implant or when you were able to have natural erections without any pills or injections?

Anything natural has evolved over millions of years and would be leaps and bounds better.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

Macoza, how is your natural erection working now?? Let me guess, it works like shit. If it worked you wouldn't be here posting.

Can you explain to me why you want to compare an IPP to an erection that only exists in your memories & dreams.

I'm thinking that I'm wasting my time replying to your posts. No matter what is told to you. You can't accept the truth as posted by many members besides me.

Part of first responder training is knowing when to stop trying to rescue someone. Sometimes a rescuer has to admit that he can't help a drowning man. So you have to decide to just let him drown. Can you be rescued or should the forum allow you to drown?

Natural erection 100%.
If you're fine with pills, in my opinion you should definetly wait with implant.

Implant is good, but do you really want to do a moderatly risky and irreversible surgery if you can just take a pill?
Provided the pills work well of course

I can be wrong but I think max or over max doses are modestly effective for him. But honestly I'm not interested enough to even read his history to check. Btw, in my case. I think I only got 5 or 6 good erections before Viagra quit working. Great if they work longer for someone else but.....didn't for me. Either way. I suspect he has hit the end of orals but won't accept that the road has ended for him.

Neither is “better” - it’s entirely dependent on your current situation.

A natural erection beats an implanted one… IF the erection is strong and reliable.

If pills give you a consistently strong and reliable erection, stick with pills.

If they work 50% of the time, you need to determine if that’s a consistency that still works for you (basically, you need to determine what threshold for consistency is “acceptable” to you).

Past that, if your erections are weak and inconsistent, the implant should greatly surpass your natural erections and the answer of what’s “better” for you would likely swing to the implanted erection.

TLDR: the better erection is the one that enables you to have the sex life you want.

I compare an implant to eyeglasses: I would rather have 20/20 vision, but I am thankful for the technology that makes it possible for me to see, since I no longer have 20/20 vision.

I’d say “kind of”. Is it better to have a well working penis than an implant with all attendant risks and complications. Yes! But in terms of quality of the sensation of the erection, I’d say they are nearly identical. I expected them to feel different, but they really don’t to me.
