Almost the opposite. A while back we had some discussions about orgasm strength. Almost universally the members reported stronger and/or longer orgasms.

Btw, what is it that you're looking for? If you don't believe the posts & replies that you have recieved so far. You'll never be satisfied.

I'm well over 2 years in Coloplast Titan and no issues whatsoever. Sensation is very nice and I can only orgasm post fucking. Lost my Prostrate which I'm sure is the reason why.

These implants have existed since 1973. If most men had problems with them, the FDA would have pulled them off the market.

Came here to say this, and not at all surprised to see LastHope has already dropped this bit of wisdom. The FDA doesn't play around.

Its not that I dont believe in the posts.. Its just that I'm very scared that after surgery I'll lose sexual sensation and orgasm. I dont want to be one of those guys that after getting an implant complain that I cant orgasm.

I lost a lot of sensation and difficult to orgasm now unless I go 2-3 weeks without sex
Peyronie's and Ed for 2 years.
Implanted Nov 27 with Titan
20 + 3 RTE
